Terms and Conditions — 3patigold Pakistan Gaming Platform

Welcome to 3patigold. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You") and 3patigold ("we", "us", "the Platform"). 3patigold operates the online gaming services available at 3patigold.app, including PSL betting, live Baccarat, jackpot slots, fishing games, card games, Ludo and all other games and services made available through the platform from time to time.

By registering an account on 3patigold, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform voluntarily for entertainment purposes, that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, and that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register, access or use 3patigold. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To access real-money gaming on 3patigold, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. The following eligibility criteria apply to all player accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing 3patigold from within Pakistan or from a jurisdiction where such access is legally permitted.
• You may hold only one account on 3patigold. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, device, IP address or payment method will be treated as duplicate accounts.
• You must register using your own legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate personal details. Registration using a false identity is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of 3patigold or any of its technology or payment partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 3patigold under any previous account.

3patigold reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Standard KYC documents include a valid CNIC, proof of registered mobile number ownership, and in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership.

All deposits on 3patigold are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction.

By making a deposit on 3patigold, you confirm that the funds you are depositing belong to you, that they are not proceeds of any criminal or fraudulent activity, and that the payment method you are using is registered in your own name. 3patigold reserves the right to refuse, reverse or investigate any deposit that raises Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concerns.

Deposits are non-refundable once they have been credited to your 3patigold wallet and used in any gaming activity. Unclaimed or disputed deposits should be raised with our support team at support@3patigold.app within 7 days of the transaction date.

3patigold processes withdrawal requests in Pakistani Rupees to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to another verified method registered to your account. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 1,000 for Bank IBFT.
• Only the real money balance in your wallet is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balance must complete its wagering requirement first before becoming withdrawable real money.
• 3patigold aims to process 98% of withdrawal requests within the same calendar day. Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers typically reach your mobile wallet within a few hours of approval.
• Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may require additional identity verification before processing. 3patigold will contact you by the registered mobile number or email address associated with your account.
• 3patigold does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Withdrawals can only be made to accounts held in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed if detected.

3patigold offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and tournament prizes from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the promotion itself.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds on 3patigold carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 20× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total bets before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute differently to wagering. Jackpot slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%. Live Baccarat and card games contribute 20%. PSL sports betting wagers contribute 100% on settled markets only. Zero-contribution games are listed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and free spins credited to your 3patigold account must be used within 30 days of the credit date unless the promotion states a different timeframe. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus promotion may be claimed at a time on 3patigold. You must either complete or forfeit an active bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus Abuse: 3patigold monitors for patterns that indicate bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering with minimal variance. We reserve the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if abuse is identified.
• Free Spins: Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Free spins have a fixed bet value per spin as specified in the offer terms.

All gaming activity on 3patigold is governed by the individual game rules available within each game's help panel, in addition to these general Terms. The following principles apply across all games on the platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG systems. No outcome can be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or third party.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, 3patigold's system will complete the round according to the game's standard rules. The result will be recorded and reflected in your balance when you reconnect.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. It is your responsibility to verify your bet before confirming it.
• For PSL betting and other sports markets on 3patigold, void bets (due to event cancellation, abandonment or other void conditions) will be refunded at the original stake. Void bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• In the event of a technical error in any game that results in an incorrect payout, 3patigold reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Winnings from clear system errors are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Maximum win limits may apply per game session on certain titles. These are displayed within the game information panel before you begin playing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3patigold. Breach of any of these conditions will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent exclusion, forfeiture of funds and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or system errors for financial gain — any player who identifies a bug must report it immediately to support@3patigold.app.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games, live dealer rooms or sports betting markets.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technology to disguise your true location or identity.
• Registering or playing on behalf of another person, or sharing account access with any third party.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward 3patigold staff or other players.
• Attempting to access or interfere with 3patigold's back-end systems, databases or game servers.

3patigold is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Pakistan. We take our duty of care seriously and have implemented a comprehensive set of tools to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 3patigold account holder, directly within the account settings panel without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your 3patigold account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period before activation.
• Session Time Alerts: Set a maximum session duration. 3patigold will display a notification when your session reaches the limit.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from 3patigold. Temporary exclusions are available for 30, 90 or 180 days. Permanent self-exclusion closes your account and prevents re-registration for a minimum of 5 years.
• Reality Checks: Request automatic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win or loss position at your chosen interval.

All content on 3patigold — including but not limited to the 3patigold name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, promotional material and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 3patigold or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast or commercially exploit any part of the 3patigold platform without prior written consent.

Your use of 3patigold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence is revoked automatically upon account suspension or termination.

3patigold provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and game integrity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. 3patigold shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of real money, bonus funds or anticipated winnings arising from technical failures, server downtime or third-party payment provider issues outside our control.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss resulting from the use of or inability to use 3patigold services.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by proven third-party software defects — in such cases, affected round stakes will be refunded.
• Any loss arising from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party.

Nothing in these Terms limits 3patigold's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

You may close your 3patigold account at any time by contacting support@3patigold.app. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no active bonus wagering requirements are pending. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3patigold reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, duplicate account registration, identity misrepresentation, prohibited conduct or any other activity that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

In cases of mandatory account closure for the above reasons, 3patigold will make a determination regarding balance return on a case-by-case basis following investigation. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all closure-for-cause cases.

3patigold reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately for legal or security reasons.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of 3patigold after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 3patigold operates its services with a commitment to transparent and fair dispute resolution.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
